Wings

I watch my dreams carefully. They can be as allusive as a butterfly. You have to hold your breath while you watch, but without effort. If you hold with effort the dream will slip away. I am still trying to understand some of last night's dream, perhaps a cup of coffee will lend some focus.
What I remember most was the baby waking from his sleep in a dark very warm room. He was so warm he was wet with sweat. I said "do you want to play here"? He said "no it is too warm".
I was disappointed because we couldn't play but I knew he was right. As I write this dream the answers unfold.... and I begin to know.
It is a good thing to write your dreams. When you do, concentrate on how you feel, not nessessarily on what takes place. Hey how about approaching life this way... concentrating on how you feel, not nessessarily on what takes place.
Some of us have been taught to turn off our feelings and our inner intuitions.
Try turning them back on, dreams are a great place to find them. They never leave us they just hide from the Emotion Police chasing them. Accept... breathe....nurture you!
